Returns & Online

  • We will accept returns and exchanges for items that are in it's original condition. Apparel and footwear must be unwashed/unworn and hardware (decks, trucks, wheels etc) must be in original condition.

 

  • We will accept returns and exchanges if we are contacted within 14 days of receiving your item(s). We will not accept any returns/exchanges after that time period. 

 

  • We are not responsible for ANY return/exchange shipping charges or fees (you must pay for the shipping back to us and for the replacement product to be resent back to you)

 

  • Change of mind returns (wrong size, colour or does not fit the way you thought) will be exchanged or given the value of the item(s) purchased in store credit.

 

  • Full refunds will only be issued for manufacturer defaults, once inspected and confirmed to be true (in accordance with the AAAC )

 

  • ALL online orders are final and will not be refunded, you will be given the value(s) of your purchase in store credit for ANY online returns, so please chose wisely!

 

  • ALL sales on SALE/DISCOUNTED items are final and cannot be returned (unless deemed faulty in accordance with the AAAC)

 

  • We reserve the right to hold orders until payment(s) has cleared, before shipping.

 

  • SHIPPING TO PO BOX / PARCEL COLLECTION POINTS may incur extra fees *not included with free shipping over $100 and payable by customer if / where necessary* order may be subject to cancellation in some cases.

 

  • The 'Free Shipping' included with orders over $100.00, aswell as paid shipping cost for orders under $100.00 is tracked but not insured (unless stated otherwise by courier service provider). Default receiving method is ATL (Authority To Leave) your order(s) will be left in a safe place by the selected courier service, if deemed unsafe by courier, the item(s) will be left at the closest Post Office or collection point (courier service will contact you via text or email ~ please check junk and spam)

 

  • Once shipped, and tracking number has been issued, we take no responsibility for lost, stolen or delayed package(s).

 

  • We reserve the right to change, edit and/or cancel an order(s) where necessary resulting from administration or processing errors.

 

  • 'Return To Sender' Parcel(s) may incur extra shipping cost, we take no responsibility for wrong address, or change of address or missed delivery attempts due to the nature of the premise or dwelling attempted to be delivered to.

 

  • Due to current / ongoing COVID-19 issues, natural disasters and other impacts outside of our control, courier services estimated delivery times may not be accurately displayed, causing unexpected delays. Please be mindful of this.
