Labor Recreation Rest

Labour Recreation Rest is a small label based in Newcastle, Australia run by Marcus Dixon and Andrew Nash.  
The name originates from the labour movement and the formation of the eight-hour work day; eight hours of labour, eight hours of recreation and eight hours of rest.

Labour Recreation Rest reimagines the not-so-distant past and plays with imagery embedded deep in our collective consciousness.​
